Sonnie Trotter began climbing on an artificial wall at the age of 16. He caught the climbing bug and ever since has dedicated himself to the rock, racking up an impressive resume of first ascents in exotic locations as well as some fiendishly difficult, yet incredibly elegant climbs like Cobra Crack (5.14). Renowned for his strength in many rock disciplines, Sonnie is also a writer, photographer and public speaker.
